RETURNS AND REFUNDS

When shopping at French Style Lab we want our customers to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you wish to return an item, the following options apply.

CLOTHING

Clothing purchased online can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price provided the garment(s) are unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached, and must be received within 14 days of delivery to your address. Please email us at sales@frenchstylelab.co.nz in the first instance if you intend to return your garment. Return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty.

JEWELLERY

Jewellery can be returned for a store credit or swapped to another item within 14 days of delivery, with the exception of earrings which are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene regulations. Please email us at sales@frenchstylelab.co.nz if you would like to make a swap or obtain a store credit. Return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty.

SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS

All sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This applies to both clothing and jewellery. Please choose carefully. If your item arrives faulty, our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act still apply — please contact us at sales@frenchstylelab.co.nz.

RETURNS

If you are sending an item back, this must be done using Track n Trace, as the item is your responsibility until it arrives back to us. Please note: French Style Lab is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

FAULTY ITEM(S)

If you purchase an item which is faulty, we will honour our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and will repair, replace, or if neither of these options are possible, refund your purchase price. Please let us know as soon as possible if there is a fault and we will remedy it as soon as we are able. Return postage for faulty items will be covered by French Style Lab. Please note: we are not able to replace items that have been damaged due to wear and tear.
