RETURNS AND REFUNDS
 

When shopping at French Style Lab we want our customers to be completely satisfied so if for any reason you wish to return an item the following options apply.

  

CLOTHING

Clothing purchased online can be returned for a full refund of purchase price provided the garment(s) are unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached and must be received within 7 days of delivery to your address. Please email us at sales@frenchstylelab.co.nz in the first instance if you intend to return your garment. 

  

JEWELLERY

Jewellery can be returned for a credit or swapped to another item with the exception of earrings which are strictly non returnable due to hygiene regulations. Please email us at sales@frenchstylelab.co.nz if you would like to make a swap or obtain a credit. 

Please note: French Style Lab is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

  

RETURNS

If you are sending an item back this must be done by using Track n Trace, as the item is your responsibility until it arrives back to us.

  

FAULTY ITEM(S)

If you purchase an item which is faulty we will honour our obligations under the Consumer guarantees act and will repair, replace or if neither of these options are possible, refund your purchase price of the item.

Please let us know as soon as possible if there is a fault and we will remedy it as soon as we are able.

Please note: we are not able to replace items that have been damaged due to wear and tear.
